• Choose your land and home. Once finance is sorted, we move to the exciting contract stage where your price is locked in—so you’re protected from future builder price increases.

• The build begins. We’ll be with you every step of the way as your dream home or investment comes to life.

Are your services really free?

Yes! You’ll never pay us a cent. We’re paid by the builder, and your house and land package costs the same whether you use our services or not. Our prices are just as competitive as the others and we work for you, not the builder. Plus, we’re available 24/7 if you need us.
